My best guess (and thats all it is) why KLA are listing here is;
a. To get a more transparent valuation on the Australian assets and profits, particularly from Fosterville but also perhaps from ARV and other WIT2's somewhere down the track.
b. To allow KLA to use their script for takeovers of local targets. No surprise that I think NML and CYL will be their first candidates but I own quite a few NML and it will need to be a hell of a price before I'll be accepting. Even for a sharemarket pragmatistic like I aka theres always another deal, I don't believe they will ever find another Bendigo extension which I'm convinced is what we have at Tandarra / Fosterville.
