Unfortunately you cant buy CYL as it is too tight a register. As well they just tighten it again with a CAP raising. I was quite vocal to the MGMT team that it was wrong and you could have raised higher than the Market share price. I think the it was a blocking stake so the Canadians dont get it cheap.
NML look like a good second option, maybe a great one.
