Just FYI MM a large retail holding actually works against long-term holders in the event of a TO.
Most holders are currently underwater and would therefore welcome a takeover bid to recoup current losses. A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush as they say and given market sentiment a lot of punters would be more than happy to take their money and run.
