If you didn’t know, a lot of us (KRR investors) already know that the SS of $2-$2.5BL was a very conservative estimate due to the ASX and ASIC’s tighter regulations of interpretation. I took up my concern’s as a shareholder regarding the reporting of the SS with TB by email, he promptly replied and reiterated while alleviating my concern’s that it was a very conservative estimate and KRR were hamstrung by the ASX and ASIC on reporting to shareholders, much like some other resource companies that i know of that have also found it difficult reporting their announcement to their shareholders due to ASX and ASIC’s tighter regulations of interpretation. This VAT Leach i firmly believe will prove materially positive for the V and those doubters wrong.
