With all due respect - they are so different there is no reason to try (at any stretch) to compare the two.
Looking at KRR in its own right, it has no comparison in Australia and possibly anywhere else.
The KRR Vanadium deposit is unique ... and HUGE! But that’s not all! They also have Fluorite, Gold, and who knows what else.
The market cap is tiny ... compared to any other similar explorer.
They are in a unique sweet spot. DYOR and let me know honestly what you think.
IMO. 2019 will be the start of the rise of KRR! Don’t believe otherwise!
