Then management would definitely know wouldn't they, that a meeting is unnecessary, so by not putting out the information that the EGM is no longer required? what they are doing is punishing the smaller shareholders who didn't vote for them, not a real good start to their type of management skills is it?

I guess if an EGM still goes ahead? and it is shown that the existing management knew all along that they had the numbers prior to the meeting, then that would not be a real good start for them IMHO.
