I believe you should send the quote regarding the Launch of Convivo (being a year away) to the OIL company secretary for his comment. As the directors have previously stated that FDA and EC approvals would be granted in 2018 they would now be in breach of Listing Rule 3.1 (Continuous disclosure). As it seems that Zeiss representatives were recently visiting OIL HQ surely OIL directors would be aware of this timetable.
