I'm very pleased with the sale of Kimu. (I'm not too concerned at the lack of disclosure because they were probably bound by a confidentiality agreement) Problem with Kimu was that when it becomes time to develop it, the Capex will be astronomical. Where was MOS going to find it's 30% share of this money? A capital raising at 5 cents a share or similar. You have to be joking. The recent announcements have a really good feel about them and it seems to me that the proceeds of the Kimu sale will generate much better returns for shareholders than the alternative strategy of sitting on Kimu for ever.
