Sorry,, False Alarm!
Just phoned registries to enquire regarding closing dates indicated on Kimberly website. Was informed that dates are incorrect since they need to consolidate existing shares prior to proceeding, which requires shareholder approval.
Hence, we should receive correct dates thereafter.
