kimberley right issue / ipo, page-11

Only just realised that there's only 4 days to go for the rights issue !
I was under the impression that the prospectus and rights application forms were to be sent out to existing holders, but have not recieved either.
Makes it damn difficult for holders to take up the offer with such short time frame.
....Or is that the intention,,,,, so that there are plenty of leftover shares that can be allocated to their mates????
