It will be interesting to see how long it takes them to clarify and put right the chinese deferral. At the very least Timms should pay and advance of say on third of intial payemnt and a show of faith that the project is proceeding. This will restore faith in the company. But somehow I suspect these guys may not be to willing to put their hands in their pockets. Lets see, but thats how i would be re-assuring the panicked shareholders.
