With potash prices now at $1200/t crop waste is now a valuable commodity in its own right meaning all crop farmers will be reluctant to sell. Sugarcane waste contains the equivalent of no less than 50kg of muriate of potash. And of course this makes SOI's ultimate product much more expensive. One thing all farmers are now doing their sums on is fertilizer whether it be organic or inorganic. Hard to imagine this stock has any future in the current global cycle where fertilizer costs have hyperinflated for farmers and freight forces bulky organic fertilizer prices into stratospheric realms because you lumber around carbon and water as well.
