I thought Lewis's holding was through derivative contracts? Which in effect means he doesn't physically own AAC.... which meant he was able to circumvent ASIC/FIRB???
Which invest bank owns the shares?
No doubt the convertible options made available to him, sadly prove the questionable management abilities of this company IMO.
