Market cap very small , it is on the Sth Australia rail line that heads straight to port and already has some off takes in place .
$430m in cash , with more obey to come from insurance , profitable project for 2-3 year slide left and we trade below cash .... very strange indeed.
Return 20c+ per share to shareholders 50% of cash sitting in term deposits , do a share buy back to blow up the shorts or find a suitable investment
