KI might be a no goer.
Governments do not want to endorse or permit something dangerous. Imagine someone dies building or during second time wall collapses.
MGX will need to make it fool proof. I.e. two walls. To allay government fears however that adds to cost of resumption of mining.
But the lack of deploment of funds is unforgivable.
