Regards the BI insurance payout, I work in the Property & Casualty space, so have a good handle on the process, its not uncommon to see BI payouts many years after the event, I've seen 7 to 8 years afterwards, admittedly that is in the Caribbean mon, everything on go slow there, so maybe Oz is quicker.
