According to media reports, VW will be purchasing
whole batteries from all the majors. VW may need fertiliser for some of its factory garden beds, but other than that, they have no need for graphite.
You and the company can huff and puff all you like about VW and their projections, but this is irrelevant to a small time graphite producer imo.... unless you think CATL would prefer to go with a more expensive raw material than what it's getting from its Chinese backyard, and would also like to use a raw material that is a new variable in its established chemistry?
Imagine, the negotiations, trying to sell graphite to an Asian low cost battery producer... talk about getting bent over a barrel... will be a wake-up call
