CKF has now regained almost all the weakness it suffered in March as a result of the Netherlands acquisition. That drop in its SP was a way over-reaction, imo.
The company will have its work cut out to reduce debt and bring home the bacon - ie, increase in divvies - to satisfy the appetites of the M&D investors. That will require converting cash flow to profits, something they have been pretty good at in the past, despite the albatross of Sizzlers (Aust) and Snag Stand startup.
This is one for the bottom drawer.
