You come onto the CHM thread scare mongering CHM people who have most probably already done their research on the case and realise CHM took this all the way to the federal court of australia...and it took more than 2 years to get it here...quite a feat after a lot of propoganda put out about Ben Elias, porn shop mates etc.

Seems the is a real smear campaign against CHM and Rebecca Urban is trying her best I see to pump out some more bad press about Ben Elias...see here:


HooHooGrub...lets have a quick look at your recent posts regarding the situation:

- people...please dont buy CHM
- its a pump and dump
- charts dont lie...chart shows its going down
- now if I could just refer you to the latest MMX report


Firstly...when has CHM been pumped. Its merely hit 3c after not hitting it for quite a long time and when in the last 2 years without MMX and CHM being in courts...its been 12.5c before.

Secondly...as you said...its gone up on light volume.

You can hardly argue that lots of people are buying CHM...very light volume to date even now....the smear campaigns seem to be working and have scared people away from CHM not allowing them to see that we really are in a federal court dispute where their claims have proved to be justified and MMX defendants going as far now as saying "we're not testifying".

What are they trying to hide?

You try to scare people saying "Charts dont lie...look...its showing its going down". Since your posts...its gone up more than 20%. Need some charting help?

and to top it off....in begging people not to go near CHM, you shamelessly in the same breath say "now in saying dont go near CHM.....lets go have a look at the MMX annual report...top company that one"

CHM have a real justified case here.

The MMX team in court, we have your current director stating he is getting memory loss over some of the potentially bad stuff that happened while others have run for the doors screaming "I dont want to be here".

Your posts below show a clear "please buy MMX" stance.

With CHM just beginning on Friday, with only a week or so to go on the case to be heading up, and MMX at the same time, and for a blue chip as you state to dramatically fall 4.13% in the last hour before the week is out....do you think its fair to be telling people to not buy CHM but buy MMX?

Here is my stance.

If you dont know about CHM versus MMX currently in the Fed court and close to ending, I wouldn't buy either.

If you know about the dispute and the potentials, you would already have done some research and thinking and can make up your own mind and make your own decision.

Dont listen to myself or anyone on a share forum...read up yourselves.
