    Exactly, where does this end and how much will be left for the current CHM mob.

    Any smart legal types out there to advise on how the "potential windfall booty" will be split????

    Can the "old" shareholders put a claim or injunction against the payout in the event of a possible win?

    Surely this is a possibility... and if so what is the plan from the CHM directors??

    Anyone like to have a stab?
