You are very wrong about witnesses. THis is not a masterstroke but an embarassment for MMX.

What it means now is that what CHM says and about Barnes and Grimaidi is accepted by court. These witnesses were available and were not prepared to take stand so their afidavits then struggle to stand up.

I think the pump and dump might have happened last week with the little spike in MMX price.

MMX case now is all about trying to argue to the judge the CHM funds did not contribute that much. Not about if it took place.

Makes a mockery of Pauls "without foundation" claims.
