By the time you pay the Marshalls there won't be a lot left,I bet you will have to open your wallets soon,thats the way they work.
First sign will be a pump in the price.Then they will give a discount to the "Sophisticated Investors",then before long you will have a billion shares on issue.
Seen it all before.
Be careful at the next meeting when they start handing out the options.
Then you will see all the reasons EGO shareholders are upset about.
Saying that, good luck to any holders but don't forget to take profits when you can,things change very quickly!
(The only interest I hold in Key is through EGO)
