early p. 2 : Indications that there may be a resolution between Govt and plant operator over Songo Songo.... allowing for "expansion of (gas processing) plant and pipeline".

If I recall correctly, management have also felt frustration over delays, too, so they can't really report with any certainty of further progress, IMO, until hurdles can be jumped.... I think the commerciality of the gas reserves, close proximity to existing infrastructure (plant and pipeline) was never in question.

Not sure what costs the operator and KEY would be expected to contribute to the upgrades.

Would think the feasibility of further exploration round Sogo Songo would also depend on achieving some satisfactory authority guarantees with what KEY can do with gas reserves ALREADY established.
