I actually considered it this morning. However currently building a new house so Mrs would not consider it good form..

Settle on current house in 4 weeks so maybe then.

In fairness, I am not sitting here all excited watching my portfolio drop.. but realistically KEY is not alone in this.
As PSA has been mentioned as a potential role model, I would draw you attention to this link..

You will see that KEY has significantly "outperformed" PSA.. albeit cash at call has out performed both.

Now I could be completely wrong but am calling it how I see it... no different to you I guess but from a different position.
