Personally, I'd like to see the questions asked directly of John, particularly given your good access to him. Is it asking too much to have the questions raised before the meeting, and at a personal level by you? My experience with meetings is that a cursory answer is normally provided without the important substance or the opportunity to really press for complete answers or details.
Unfortunately, I have other commitments and won't be able to attend.
Also, I note that there are still 2m odd shares outstanding and to be placed...what price will they be placed at and when will they be paid for? More importantly than these, when will the 15c shares be paid for or have they already been paid for? Additionally, what legal action is being taken if the money has not been paid? THIS IS THE MOST PRESSING ISSUE AS I SEE IT. This is for 2 reasons; 1) It's a pretty big sum of money and 2) It is to be used to progress SpermSep, which should bring a lot of value to the company, if it can ever get off the ground.
