The last annual report had Nusep Holdings with 7,314,218 shares in the company:- 0. Are those shares still held? With the exception of 2,012,684 shares all of the rest have been placed. b. How were these shares paid for? By Cash. The last lot was placed at 7c relative to a market price of 3c as per the announcement. c. If they are still held, (i) what is the average cost and (ii) what are the plans to quit them? From my understanding, Nusep does not intend to hold these any longer than it has to. As far as l know, they have addressed this issue with ASIC and they are fully aware of what Nusep is doing to place these shares. Frankly, the sooner the shares are placed the happier everyone will be, but it is not in shareholders’ interest to do so at the current share price. Great leadership.
I plan on taking the other questions to the General Meeting. I need to get out of the Port Douglas arrangement!
