Are the new offtake agreements likely to adopt a similar pricing mechanism to Burwill's renegotiated deal? (I doubt he can answer this as it relates to confidential negotiations, but worth asking)
How they plan on maintaining continuous sales to avoid production banking up? ie will there be a regular alternating schedule between partners to take shipments, a take or pay agreement or some other mechanism to guarantee that the partners are bringing in a ship when A40 is ready to get paid (Same as above regarding confidentiality, but also worth trying).
The September quarter saw production impacted by mining and dewatering issues, and flagged that the December quarter production would be impacted by throughput limitations during construction of the railings dam. - Are these separate issues to the mining and water issues that were flagged in the recent update as having impacted December production? - Have all of these issues been addressed to prevent impact moving forward?
Those are the critical issues to me, look forward to seeing what you can do.
Thanks again.
