BOT, by the way I have listened to the whole interview three times from start to finish and nowhere does Ken say "Commercialisation is quite simple in todays world".

He does say that there are negotiations to be done and then he goes on to say that "the actual mechanics of tieing it back in is relatively simple in todays world".

I had presumed that the mechanics are relatively simple as the cost involved is very low as mentioned by the operators of the Songas gas processing facility in their application to EWURA. However the negotiations between Songas and EWURA have dragged on for some months, I believe they are up to about 6 months with no resolution as yet. Not much KEY can do about negotiations that they are not a party to.
