I agree with your comments.

From past experience, companies that do a 'ring around' to find out if holders are taking up their entitlements are either very concerned or desperate or both. For this reason I won't be taking up the offer either, IMO I will be able to pick up more shares at less than 11c over the next few months.

If the company had given us long suffering holders some sort of incentive or bonus like a 1 for 1 attached free option then it might be a different story.
