Wouldn't suprise me that the 4.5million raised shortfall will be negotiated to new investor or private or sophisticated at more of a discount of 11c will see.
I am very dissappointed with management what a worthless stupid exercise the way the went about this. Offer at least a NON-renounceable issue and protect and reward your current shareholders.
NOT a well thought out raising also London Oil refinery purchase I can't understand unless they are teeing up a customer for oil.
