I think you will find that K.R has been on holidays in the U.K for a few months now, whilst KEY S/H pay him 350K p.a to enjoy classic encounters at Wimbeldon, and hi-tea at the Ritz!
I guess that he is sending the announcements from the Zeta Petroleum London office.
