They only needed 3M at this stage..so, what they do? they ask for 6M and take 3M from regular shareholders...this is a good idea to screw shareholders...later on, they will have another spp.
What if WP is a failure? what if UK is a failure? No worry, shareholders will pay!
By the way, UK is already failure and shareholders paid for the HZ twice and it has not been done yet.
Klmsng mentioned in his post that directors (he talked to them)are not worry because they only raised 2.5M since they do not need the cash...so, why they asked for 6M?
