Looking at the days trade it was only $9,980 of volume, That would suggest to me that it was a mum and dad investor with a $10k bid who did it through CommSec who took a $20 trade fee, rather than someone risking time at Her Majesty's leisure for the sake making an extra $500

That was very deliberately traded in the last few minutes and very carefully done to keep the trade under $10,000, which is the point share registries notify companies who the buyer or seller was. Someone wanted to remain anonymous for whatever reason. I expect an announcement within 2 days that would refer to a share price, or draw shareholders attention to it. Someone did not like the look an 83 cent share price gives.
