CGA's key client CTN, is suffering terrible ructions. Performance is abysmal! The conflicted Board orchestrated by Boubouras is imploding. Kerr has resigned presumably on the eve of the signing of the CTN Annual Report. Obviously a surprise because no new Chair has been announced yet. Clearly more Boubouras waffle drove him away.
This is a life or death client for CGA ,bring the popcorn to the CTN and CGA AGM's.
Read CTN shareholder rage on Hotcopper if you want to be depressed as a CGA shareholder. I don't own CGA , I am an unhappy CTN shareholder. And was put in by one of BG's friendly brokers, not happy with them either.
