key and mak

Hi folks,

Not sure if this has been seen by anyone/commented on, but I also happen to be a MAK holder and thought you'd be interested to take a look at Resolution 3 for the AGM. Almost word for word. And we obviously don't need to discuss the linkages between KEY and MAK.

Hence my view has been altered somewhat. I now believe that it really is being done for a matter of "prudence" with the impending holday season etc and I actually now doubt whether these shares will be issued at all (given the status quo remains). I don't believe they have anything in the works/being held back legally that is to be announced at the forthcoming AGM for which the funds have been earmarked either.

Anyway interested to hear your thoughts. I'm back to a LT Buy!
