Hey hotfire, thats what it looks like from my quick calcs.
They are only paying out 60-70% of CORE earnings, which is a good policy in itself. Core earnings = 14.18 cents Check out my calc above, it translates to a worst case of 4.254 cents per share for this half.
If so its a DAMN attractive yield. 20% dividend for a half year on a company that's booking 100m profit after tax and improving their gearing position through an ongoing asset sale program.
SO What is the catch?!?!
