they are pretty well locked in to doing a reasonable amount of buying under the buyback.
however, the current share price is now approx double the price at the time when buyback was announced.
therefore, i think they will go far more "softly, softly" with the buying, not buying too many shares early in the buyback period and certainly not pushing the share price upwards by very much in the near term.
