There will always be a market for Newspapers, mags and free TV but that market is getting smaller each year.
I was one that would buy a paper & mags every day but no more i get it all of the net and i think more and more under 50's are doing the same.
My son and daughter have never bought a Newspaper just the odd mag, and they maybe watch 2 or 3 hours of TV a week this is the new world. And this is without a true, "cheap" mobile data network in Australia.
Rupert and Kerry are old school and you can't teach an old dog new tricks best if both step down, and let the new move with the times.

P.S what are Seven shares worth $7+ from about $14 this time last year... need to move forward with the new technologys
