The elephant in the room is arranging the directors who will take over from the current ones. That all needs to be arranged before anything else is done.

Do you have someone in mind who has the skills to manage an exploration company with the specialist knowledge in the minerals that PIO have and are chasing as well as other directors to form the board? Remember also that you will need a top line geo to replace DC as I think that DC would tell you to stick the geo job where the sun don't shine.

If you feel you can do all of this then arrange the said action and then contact the shareholders with your proposal but, if you are just blowing wind then just stick to complaining on HC.

You can leave W27 and myself out of the 5% of shareholders who will support you in your caculations to arrive at 5%.
