yeah, money in the bank in Dec 2019, a long way off.
How much? Well depends on Cabot.
the way I see it is this: as each shipment arrives, it is thoroughly bulk sampled and assayed for Cs, and a value given to it based on that. Some of that money might be taken by them as repayment for their loan.
After the last shipment is received by them in December 2019, the surplus $$$ will be paid to us in time. It will all depend on Cabot's sampling and assays, NOT our estimates. So how much will we get? God alone knows, and he is probably bound by a poxy confidentiality agreement also, so he wont tell us. I found it significant that they wanted us to stagger the shipments over that period of time.
