w27. I have huge respect for you. You are clearly someone who has got your hands dirty and deeply understands mining/exploration.

No one is really suggesting a board spill. Way to messy. Most of us are just saying that DC is on too much remunation, and he comes across self serving in that regards. and is a poor communicator. And his incentives are not aligned to share price or wealth. And he has had a long time at the wheel now. 15 years !

Seriously? $400k a year plus incentives. Cmon !!

Btw, the board role is to represent the shareholder. The board is ‘personified’ person, made into a legal person per the corporations act, who then is legally able to represent the voice and interests of the shareholder.

So given our point in time, are we just to accept this growing concern, or should we seek to improve in parallel. keep quiet or just accept more mining conferences in Brisbane. More of the same ? Same people. Same audience. Same investors. That’s nuts! Who are the key brokers we need to engage with? What do we need to do differently.
    .
At some point it’s natural to rotate to seek different competencies. But there will never be a perfect time. Always a case to say “to complicated right now, next year”. I would be ok with DC moving to a non exec board position

    cheers
