guttesquid i value your opinion thus i will accept that your right. if someone is acccumulating it doesn't mean the company is a BUY though - what happen when VPE took a stake, ITC ran up then dropped down just as quick. THis may happen again before the next jump who knows. Too much hype for me and i think ITC has run past short term valuation hence sold out. buying strenght has been positive i will admit.
