What a fantastic thread guys - everyone expressing their views in a calm and reasoned manner.
Whilst I agree that mgmt generally have the numbers to vote these things through, please don't any holder be apathetic enough not to vote if they feel so strongly about the issue.
Whilst I rate management highly, I dislike being kept in the dark. I don't wish to dilute my holding without knowing what/why.
I will be voting no as well, based on current information. It sounds like there should be some big numbers against the issue.
