Firstly congratulations on your efforts in making conact with Ken and making the reply available to us all to discuss. Also, well done to every one else in contributing to such an interesting and balanced thread. The Key thread is always full of well informed investors that many of the others lack.

Its apparant to me that we are pretty much on the same page in relation to resolution 4. We do believe in management though to differing degrees of cause (asteroider and dapper more at the sceptical side but thats fair enough as we all all human and had differing experiences). All we are looking for is more information before diluting our investment particularly in light of the fact that positive news seems so very close in Tanzania, UK and Italy.

I agree with Trumyeyes - there appears to be something big brewing and the company wants flexibility to be able act. The 3 month expiry date provides a hint for that. I am leaning towards a NO vote at this stage in the absence of more information. To expect share holders to provide an open cheque without explanation does have a smell of arrogance. Maybe the fact that the UK placement was under subcribed has made the company more hesitant to provide information?

Anyway, a no vote from me for now in the absence of more information.
