I am not prepared to vote yes on Resolution 4 unless Ken comes out and tells us why this is really necessary.
He must understand that shareholders are not going to sign over a blank cheque on the scant information provided to date.
The share price currently is pathetic and a major reason IMO for that is his reluctance to provide the market with regular informed updates.
In fact i find it quite concerning that he would expect his shareholders to vote yes to Resolution 4.
Still a NO vote from me, but on past voting patterns it will probably go thru.
I am also going to send off an e-mail to him today detailing my concerns at the lack of transparency re this issue and i would suggest that any other posters on Hotcopper who are not happy with this, do the same.
