Hi Kalmsg, reading the Notice of Meeting and the email reply to Thrumyeyes it sounded to me like there's nothing in the pipeline and it is 'just in case' something crops up.

Given the potential for share dilution I am reluctant to vote without knowing specifically what it is for and am doubtful we'll be any the wiser before the AGM.

As previously stated, I will wait to see what this week brings with the oilbarrel conference involving Aminex tomorrow evening and KEY's quarterly. If nothing has presented itself this week then I'll most likely submit my proxy with a 'no' vote on Resolution 4. If we subsequently get more information then I'll review my position regarding Resolution 4.
