Asteroider, I take your point about the quality of information that can be received via the phone.

I wasn't suggesting that you receive verbal information over the phone. I was suggesting that you call to personally insist on receiving the written information that you requested.

You simply call and ask in person why it is that you have not received the information that you are entitled to as a shareholder. Then insist that it is sent to you as a matter of urgency.

Let them know that you will be following up again tomorrow if it is not forthcoming.

Time may very well prove you correct with regard to KEY, but it does seem that at this stage you have painted all Directors of public companies with the same brush, due to prior circumstances that occurred with companies not connected to KEY.

I too have lost money due to completely false information provided by Directors of other ASX listed companies but I will not blame KEY management for that.

I cannot sit here today and say that you a wrong but I do believe this should be judged own it's own merits and not related back to other entities.
