Even though I do not agree with your view, I can see how you have come to it.

For me though, the most important thing for me coming out of Kens email is his reference to his and the other Director interests in Key. They will not be able to participate in any private placement and therefore will be looking to make sure any deal would be to benefit all shareholders, including themselves.

They have a fairly large personal interest in Key so I can't see them "lining the pockets of outsiders". Just my thoughts.
