what will increase SH value...drilling the hell out of our dirt, and thus potentially increasing our resource base, or putting someone else in to try and inject new ideas that many here have already expressed...hmmmm
its like watching the grass grow with this one, thing is most of it is in the desert, where it doesnt rain!
