To drill one needs targets, but the results of the geophysical survey over the Aztec Dome should provide these, (geophysisists find targets even on a blank sheet of homogenous white paper). Given that TMX has adequate funds to drill this year I can only presume the reason for not drilling is that Keith wants to prolong his pay check as long as possible.
Frankly, I think the entire Board of Directors of TMX should be sacked for non performance.
But, having let of steam, how does one make a quid out of TMX? Much of the gold is out, joint ventured with others and TMX will depend on the others to perform - as we have heard nothing on this presumably they are not performing. The Aztec Dome is a great idea, the geophysical survey will generate targets, but these should be drilled ASAP not some time in the undefined future. The BOD should also be on the look out for other acquisitions, but not , god forbid, coal seam gas (Please read the comments on the commercial aspects of coal seam gas by the Woodside CEO). So I'm not sure how to make money out of TMX under the current board of directors and if I could get my money back I would be a seller tomorow.
I'm reminded of a quote from a geologist of repute "if you go to bed with fleas you expect to get bitten"
